Customers of Singapore’s True Fitness and True Yoga have lodged more than S$600,000 in losses, after the companies abruptly entered provisional liquidation. The Consumers Association of Singapore said they involve unused memberships, packages and services. CASE has since contacted the provisional liquidator for clarity on arrangements for affected consumers, while employees are also searching for answers. According to a bourse listing, True Singapore Group faced an “increasingly fierce market competition and rising costs in attracting customers”. Nikhil Khattar reports.
