Some of the many words used to indicate its reality are: Enlightenment, Liberation, Moksha, Nirvana, Bodhi, Kensho, Satori, Buddhahood, Awake, God Consciousness, Christ Consciousness, and Krishna Consciousness. Hinduism Yoga, and Buddhism, are perhaps the most well known for the Inward search for Spirituality, Realizations and Truth of Self, but seeking for the Realization of Self simply means to go within, to turn your consciousness, mind, perception and awareness in upon itself towards its source, the pure Subjectivity of one’s own existence. Understanding the Self, the Unity of All Existence, Nonduality, the Supreme, the Truth of Reality, God by whatever Name, these are the roads to the Truth of who we all really are. All true paths, when taken all the way, lead to the One Source. The psychology of Self Realization is the psychology, philosophy, and spirituality of understanding the True Self, the Higher Self, the Supreme Self beyond the limited, linear, and dualistic thinking ego mind. The experience of Higher Self is found within the mind as the still, silent, pristine awareness, always present, always watching, the Ultimate Context of the Mind beneath and beyond all content. Many spiritual activities and practices will help one awaken to this higher reality such as: Meditation, Contemplation, Study, Reflection, Devotion, Prayer, Surrender, Letting Go, Self Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness. Seek the Highest Healing within oneself. The journey to awakening and higher consciousness is The Way. Seek the Truth and Raise your Level of Consciousness.
