Welcome to this powerful exercise for mental clarity.
This is a relaxing exercise, so take it easy, know your limits and remember to feel how your body responds while breathing intensively.
In this session we are going to use a breathing style called “Alkaline Breathing”: an inhale through the nose, followed by a release through the mouth.
This breathing stimulates your nervous system, heart and brain – and releases emotions holding you from being aligned with the present moment.
We are doing 3 rounds of breathing. Each round last 2 minutes and we do 64 breaths. At the end of each round we are doing a deep exhale – and holding our exhale retention – with no air – before taking a deep inhale
Sit down in a comfortable position and focus on relaxing your body. Breath deeply to the rhythm of the music.
