We have 6,000 thoughts per day. When you get into a meditative state, the mind becomes calm which also impacts and slows down the thoughts per second (TPS). According to recent studies, good meditators don’t have any thoughts. Occasionally, a thought will come and go. People who meditate regularly are good listeners. They are highly efficient, ace at problem-solving and are able to perceive situations better.
