Anxiety (Symptom), beta waves, Brainwave Entrainment, Depression (Symptom), focus music, isochronic tones, Mental Clarity, sensorimotor rhythm, smr, stress relief, study aid

An updated ‘just tones’ version of my () session, in 12–15Hz low-beta range. This frequency band is known to help increase focus, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and support overall mental balance.

📌 This track uses my custom ‘Peak Sine’ waveform, a refined isochronic tone shape designed for both effectiveness and comfort. It begins with a sharp peak to trigger a strong brainwave response, then transitions to a smooth, rounded curve for a more pleasant, natural listening experience. The result is a tone that delivers powerful entrainment without the harshness often found in square waveforms.

NOTE: This session has been discontinued, and I’ve incorporated this mix into my Focus Flow session, which has similar frequencies (12-14 Hz).

🧠 What Does This Track Do?

The in this music pulse between 12 and 15Hz, stimulating SMR brainwave activity. This range sits at the lower end of the beta band — a calm yet alert state that supports focus, relaxation, mood balance, and healthy brain function.

How It Can Help You

🎯 Focus & Concentration
SMR frequencies gently enhance mental alertness without overstimulation — ideal for studying, reading, or working when you need steady focus.

😌 Stress, Anxiety & Depression Relief
This balanced mid-frequency range can reduce excessive slow-wave or high-frequency brain activity, helping calm stress and anxiety while naturally lifting mood.

😊 Mood Boosting
Increasing low-beta SMR activity is linked to improved emotional stability and well-being.

💪 & Sleep Support
EEG studies show that fit, healthy individuals exhibit higher SMR activity, whereas low SMR levels are common among those with insomnia, ADHD, or chronic fatigue. Listening to this track during the daytime may help train your brain toward healthier SMR patterns.

💡 Avoid using it right before bedtime, as it can be too stimulating for sleep.
