This is a short training philosophy discussing the ways in which training can make you more free. Anyone who has ever been injured or unwell will know just how limiting and restricting a lack of health and fitness can be. That’s why it’s so important that we don’t take our fitness for granted while we have it.
By training, we give ourselves more options. We can run further, overcome obstacles, and express ourselves physically.
Technology can also be liberating. By letting us create more, learn more, and share more, we once again expand our options. Often, we treat technology as only a tool for productivity, which ultimately makes it restrictive. In this way, it runs counter to our fitness and physical freedom.
But it doesn’t have to be that way! Technology can even help you to remove yourself from an office environment: to explore and move *more*.
