After more then 30 years spent trying to add muscle, lose body fat and find my place in the fitness world I have learned a few key mistakes to avoid. If I could share something with my former self to avoid making mistakes that ended up setting me back this is what I would say.
This is such a personal journey, and while i certainly want everyone to go through this journey and learn some huge lessons, there are some that can be learned through the experience of others.
How often should you workout, how much protein should you eat, is cardio a bad idea, how lean should we stay? Should you enter a bodybuilding, powerlifting, martial arts competition?
